You may receive lower quality video due to the size of your browser window. Make it larger to get better quality.
Still having an issue?
Video quality is low
Low video quality is often a result of bad internet connection. We recommend at least 2mbps of download speed. If you are using a wireless connection, try moving closer to the router. If you are using a VPN,
turn it off and try again.
You may be also receiving a lower quality video due to the size of your browser window, after resizing your browser window the quality will increase.
Video is not loading or buffering
Check that your internet connection is sufficient to watch the stream smoothly. A minimum of 500kbps of download speed is needed in order to receive the stream from our servers. You can check your internet speed
here. If you are using a VPN, turn it off and try again.
Video is freezing or stuttering
Try using a modern web browser like Firefox or Google Chrome.
Close any other browser tabs you do not need or apps on your computer you are not using.
No sound or sound quality is low
Make sure your computer is not muted or has low volume. We recommend using headphones for best quality.
